NEW YORK — Today, the U.S. Postal Service honored humanitarian and Holocaust survivor Elie Wiesel with a stamp. Wiesel dedicated his life to preserving the memory of the Holocaust, championing Jewish causes, and defending human rights. He is the 18th honoree in the Distinguished Americans stamp series. A dedication ceremony for the stamp was held in New York City.

WASHINGTON — The U.S. Postal Service today kicked off the 2025 season of USPS Operation Santa, inviting children and families across the country to begin writing and sending letters to Santa Claus. COLORADO – In observance of the Labor Day holiday, Postal Service facilities will be closed for retail services, and there will be no regular mail deliveries (except for holiday premium Priority Mail Express) on Monday, September 1, 2025.
Aurora – The Aurora Post Office has vacancies for City Carriers, Rural Carrier Associates (RCA’s), and Assistant Rural Carriers (ARC’s) at local post offices in the Aurora Colorado area. Starting salaries begin at $23.53/hour for City Carriers, $20.38/hour for RCA’s, and $20/hour for ARC’s.
